Check-In App Forms Prompt + Advance Alert for Incomplete Forms

It would be very helpful if required client forms could automatically pop up during check-in whenever a client has not completed them beforehand. This would help ensure forms are completed before the appointment begins and would make the check-in process much smoother for both clients and staff.
It would also be extremely useful to have advance visibility when a client has not completed their forms before arriving. For example, a flag, alert, or notification on the appointment or client record ahead of check-in would allow staff to prepare and avoid delays.
The ideal workflow would be:
-If forms are incomplete before the appointment, staff can see that in advance.
-If the client still has not completed them by the time they check in, the forms automatically appear in the check-in app for them to complete.
This would improve compliance, save time at reception, and create a better client experience.
