Updated access levels for My Performance

Previously, there was x1 access level called My Performance - this gave access to My Numbers, My Goals and My Reviews.

We have broken that down into x3 independent access levels.

For example, a user can now have access to My Goals but not My Numbers.

As a default, if a user had access to My Performance then they will have access to My Numbers, My Goals and My Reviews. It will be for the manager/owner to decide to remove any access going forward.

Manager View will remain as it is - no changes.
