Streamline Your Schedule with Finishing Times
We’ve just made managing complex appointments much smoother. You can now link a Finishing Time directly to a service, allowing you to bridge the "gap" and create a complete start-to-finish booking in one go.
Instead of booking 'Color' and 'Blow-dry' as two separate line items, you can now offer a single, unified service like 'Full Head Highlights & Blow-dry'.

How it Works
This feature allows you to define three distinct phases within a single service:
Service Time: The initial application (e.g., applying color).
Processing Time (The Gap): The "hidden" time where the client processes, freeing up your chair for another task.
Finishing Time: The final touch (e.g., the blow-dry or style) that completes the visit.
Setting it Up
To get started, head to Manager > Services, select a service, and input your desired durations in the Processing Time and Finish Time fields.
Custom Staff Durations: Need more flexibility? Under the Staff tab within a service, you can tailor these durations for individual team members—perfect for accommodating different experience levels or product requirements.
Multi-Location Management: If you manage a brand with multiple locations, simply update these settings in the Chain Library. Changes made there will sync across all your branches instantly.
