New Xero and QuickBooks integrations
We’ve released an improved version of the Xero and QuickBooks integrations.
The new version resolves key issues and introduces enhancements to improve your accounting integration experience.
If you’ve been using the previous Xero or QuickBooks integration, you’ll need to re-authenticate your account in Phorest. Once reconnected, all existing mappings will be automatically migrated to the new version.
To enable the new integration, go to Manager > Integrations and select either Xero or QuickBooks. Then click Manage Integration > Manage Connection. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Xero or QuickBooks account.
To ensure the integration works correctly, please follow the setup instructions here.
In this version, you’ll also find an option to easily check the sync status and resubmit journals when needed.
