Multiple Tills Support for Phorest 10

We have added support for multiple tills in Phorest 10 so that salons using multiple tills, can now also use the Phorest 10 Sales and Cash Up screens and see Current Till Balance, Petty Cash and Till Float for their selected till.

This also means salons with multiple tills that want to start using Phorest Tips are now enabled to do so.
