Keep Your Client Records Complete
Never miss important client details again. With the new Incomplete Client Flag, your team will see a clear red flag on appointments whenever a client’s card is missing required information.
It’s simple: open the client’s profile, fill in the details you need, and once marked complete, the flag disappears. This ensures your database stays accurate and up to date—while giving staff an easy reminder to capture essential info at every visit.
🔧 To enable:
Go to Manager → Settings → Appointment Setup, scroll to the bottom, and toggle on Incomplete Client Flag, then save. (The feature is off by default until you choose to turn it on.)
