'Include Tips' setting includes all tips (USA only)

'Include Tips' setting in both Payroll Reports and Staff reports (Reports > Staff) includes all tips for payroll tax purposes.

Any US salon recording tips, whether taken by cash or card through purchase checkout flow, or salons using PhorestTips, will can have all figures for payroll processing in one report, based on their setting preferences

This change is for where all tips may be included in payroll for tax purposes.
