We’ve added a super handy new feature to make life that little bit easier — you can now email clients a list of their upcoming appointments straight from their appointment history!
Here’s how it works:
• Go to a client’s appointment history or
• Click on Future Appointments
• Click Print/Email
When you select “Email,” your client will receive a full list of their upcoming appointments including:
• Date and time (start and end)
• Services booked
• Staff member
• Branch location (perfect for salons with multiple locations)
🌍 Whether a client has appointments at one or several branches, the email will clearly show where each appointment is taking place.
No more printing required! Save paper and skip the printer – just hit email and you’re done. 🌱
🧾 One important note: We’ve left prices off the email. Since prices can change over time, this helps avoid any confusion or awkward chats down the line.
