Dot Phrasing

Use Dot Phrasing to enhance your documentation process, saving time and improving patient record accuracy!
Dot phrasing helps you save time by using pre-written text snippets in Notes and Treatment Plans. Instead of repeatedly typing the same information, you can quickly insert a snippet into your patient notes and edit it as needed.
Note: 
This feature within Consultation Forms is a paid add-on. If you do not have access to this feature but would like to get it, please get in touch with your account manager.
Creating a Dot Phrase:
Go to Manager > Consultations > Dot Phrases.
Then select Create New to begin creating a new Dot Phrase.
Using a Dot Phrase:
To use a dot phrase, open the Notes section within Forms or open a Treatment Plan, then type a full stop  and select your dot phrase to apply it.
If you're not sure of the dot phrase name, you can also click the  ” 
 button to quickly view your full Dot Phrase Library, search for a particular dot phrase, and apply it from there.
