Client Email and Phone Number now available in the Sales Screen
When a Phorest salon user needs to contact one of their customers about a sales transaction, they need to be able to access the phone number and / or email of the customer attached to the transaction.
In our old screens, this was accomplished by double clicking on the transaction in the Sales screen, which brought up the purchase screen where the client contact details could be seen.
On our new Phorest 10 Sales screen, until now, the user had to follow a more complicated process, where they clicked on the transaction and then had to select edit or refund in order for the Purchase screen to open so they could see client contact details. Since the user may not wish to process a refund or an edit they may not wish to perform these steps or understand this is required.
To improve this experience for Phorest users, we have now brought the client email and phone number (cell/mobile) into the Sales screen slide over so that with one click, these details are immediately available with no need to visit the purchase screen at all until required.
