Users can now clearly charge a 'No Show' appointment on PhorestGo2.0.
  • When the appointment time has elapsed and is labelled as a ‘No show’ then the appointment will show a banner that is clickable.
  • When this is clicked on then the user has the option to charge for the missed appointment.
  • It is only possible to mark an appointment as a no show when the appointment/s have passed.
  • The user will have options to charge the full appointment amount, partial amount or to not charge the customer.

Access levels required:
  • Access level: If charging a deposit then the user must have ‘Pay Appointment’ permission.
  • Access level: If user is cancelling appointment then they must have ‘Cancel Appointment’ permission
