Hi everyone, love the idea of seeing cancellations on the appointment book. I'll share that with the team. In the meantime, here are two features that will help.
1) If you have cancellation notifications switched on in PhorestGo. (You can do this from Settings > Notifications) then you have the ability to go to the bottom of the side menu and just above Log out is a tool called 'Notifications' where you can filter by cancellations. This is a really helpful little tool to see any cancellation notification you received.
2) On desktop, Go to Reports, Additional reports (top right) and select: No Shows and Cancellations. From here you can generate a pdf report within any date range you like!

Phorest Product The functions are well known, but they only help to a limited extent. It would be much more important that you can continue to display the canceled appointment (including audit trail) in the calendar (analogous to the function only active employees vs. all employees). It would be a big win for the software if you could build something there

I would love a report where we can see all the cancellations by date range, or by service provider etc.
AND it would be great to see it live on the appointment book.

Absolutely agree! Its a biggest issue which we found real hard to manage. I attached the image how it was with our previous system. And it was amazing, more easy and helpful. Please can you add this option please!!!
