Wait list - ive always thought it would be great to have the waitlist visible every day in the side bar - so that you can see the clients who want to come in and the team and see - then they could have them in mind and also. I know if my team could see their names they would probably make room for them

This would be amazing! A software programme we worked with in the past had the waitlist work like this and it was a fantastic function that worked well. Since moving to Phorest we do not use the waitlist feature sadly.

One feature I’d love to see in Phorest is the ability to open a client’s profile directly from the waitlist. Currently, when I click on a client on the waitlist, I can’t access their file, so I have to search for them separately just to view their contact information or booking history. It adds unnecessary steps to what should be a quick process. Being able to click a waitlisted client and immediately open their profile would make managing the waitlist much more efficient.
