Yes a time off request system would be AMAZING like being able to set up a time off calendar like a roster for the holidays! Having management able to update the calendar with current availability and tell the team "Before submitting your request, check the Holiday Availability Calendar" so we do have to deny requests that aren't possible.

⚫ Peak Season

These are historically busy periods. Time-off requests are limited and should be submitted as early as possible. (eg back to school, Christmas, Long Weekend Saturdays)

We have unlimited holidays in my salon (to a point) but if they are over the allowable amount of time off then we just get them to pick up another shift to make up for it. So an even better addition to the holiday calendar would to be able to add how many holiday days they get in a year for example 14 days then every time they take time off Phorest would track this and when they are over their allowable it would flag us to know they can take the time off but may need to make up the time elsewhere.

Time off requests would be sooooo nice!!!

And please make a note whenever a staff member leaves early. Sometimes we need to show whether they voluntarily chose to leave early or whether we changed the schedule. Please add a shift note such as: “Requested to leave early today” or “Chose to leave early at xyz

An integrated, digital working time system with recording of actual hours worked (via attendance and absence recording weekly, monthly with confirmation from the employee via PhorestGo) and vacation application system (for all data that is already integrated) is an absolute plus for every personnel process! With a possible interface to DATEV, an absolute dream!

This would be amazing! Once it’s approved, then it could automatically be blocked out on the roster and identified accurately and there would be a report that would show how many approved days off in there could even be a note for drop-down information

Yes!!! This would be awesome!!! If the staff could put in a request. The system would put in the dates in the actual appt calendar and the owner could be notified. Then the owner could look at the exact dates within appt calendar and accept or deny the dates.
