The LINKS sent out via text for appointment reminders should be editable to NOT LOOK LIKE A SKETCHY LINK! We have guests that won't do it becasue they think its bad/fake. We already have a weird looking phone number they don't recognize, then you add in a weird looking link. People are paranoid and worry these days!! Make it more professional and up to date!

most hyperlinks can be renamed, so hopefully possible................. could also save characters........... ie 'Book' only 4 characters

I agree. Because it doesnt have our branding on it, clients think it's spam. I can see their point. Also, sending extra messages to tell them it is us is a step we shouldnt have to take

Appointment confirmations are beyond embarrassing and not functional. We have lost so many clients because of them. Can not include no show policy websites ect. Other scheduling systems have it figured out. Phorest is stuck in 1999 with this feature and it kills the profit of a business. Really sucks

Charley Drew This is the answer. Send a manual message first (copy and paste) introducing the sms number and asking them to save the contact in their phone. Problem solved.

Tom Rann send 1200+ manual messages monthly and micromanage something that should be simple and flawless as the main features of a scheduling software. For a something other softwares dont have the flaw. And to also pay extra for those manual messages to be sent. Thats the best feature ever.

Autumn Spencer You only need to send it to new clients the first time and that can be automated. Unless you're saying you get 1200 new clients per month? You also get 6000 text messages per month in the smallest package.

Tom Rann every client is new when you switch from a previous system. Adding the step to check every guests chat history is not a convenient feature and an added responsibility an owner wants to add to their list of activieties.
