Simon Li we have used the pmt link a few times and it works well. Very exact this ling to do it or appt is canceled. Theyve all paid and its worked well. They will always try to get around it, we have to make it harder.

I vote for this too. It would also be really helpful if we could charge a no-show as soon as the appointment is marked as a no-show/late on screen, rather than having to wait until the full treatment duration has passed.
At the moment, if it’s a 2 or 3 hour appointment, we have to wait until the appointment time has fully elapsed before the no-show charge becomes available. The only workaround is shrinking the appointment so it turns grey, then charging it, but it would be much easier if the charge option appeared straight away.

Laura McCandlish we do this as well, so for longer services we still have oppertunity to move clients or try to get others in.
