I think it would be really helpful if our technicians could be assigned to specific resources and tables in the system so we don’t have to manually correct them each time. We’ve noticed that appointments are occasionally being booked under the wrong resource, which then makes the correct room appear unavailable.

For example, massages should only be booked in our Wet Rooms, but the system is sometimes defaulting them to a facial room instead. This creates scheduling confusion and prevents us from using our resources properly.
