The receptionist should be able have access to totals for that day and be able to close out without having full access to employees yearly earnings. We have issues where we have to give them full access to payroll to close out. Sometimes they need to check the transactions if the cc or checks arent adding up( maybe a check was put in as cash). There should be a separate access level for them without them having owner access to do these functionalities
