PLEASE make it so EVERYONE can recommend "expert recommendations ' for EVERYONE. and on the damn desktop PLEASE. The front of house will be able to support the entire staff better and then the client too.

Also, having the ability to make expert recommendations without having it linked to online purchasing only. A lot of times we are sending them recommendations for future in-house purchases we want them to keep in mind when moving through current at home products

We just made a workaround by making a 1 minute, $0 “professional recommendation” service that any employee is open to “book.” Basically they can assist a guest or walk-in shopper and then ask permission to send them a link with all of the products they discussed. If the guest or walk-in consents, we book that service on them in the name of the person helping them with retail, they can then send the expert recommendation.
