Pin to access Manager things only

We know you can lock and unlock with your pin to access what is allowed by how we set it up, but is there a way to have basic access on the desktop and only enter pin when accessing other reports and actions needed as a manager.
As a busy manager who is on & off the computer all day it would be nice to only have to enter the pin when accessing those things and leave the desktop open to everyone for all the basic things locking out and entering pin every time is not easy to remember and is done more than accessing managerial features.

Along with this, each report and option in manager should be able to have access by specific individuals instead of all or nothing in certain manager categories. We have to give permission for each discount code we add, but the access for reports is a blanket approval by team member category.

Heather Stafford I want to shout this from the roof tops!!! Managers need access to certain reports but not all. I feel like I have to do so much hand holding when we're needing information from these reports!

Logan Goode yes. It's crazy. We have team members who help with inventory and other things and if I give them access to everything they can see payroll info and more. That's not okay.

Heather Stafford I totally agree!! We play lots of games with our staff like Bingo and other sales/service incentivized games and our assistant manager should be able to see some reports just not all of them!!
