Customize payroll reports based on specific company payroll data and make the columns for the data adjustable so they correspond with the company’s payroll providers data cells.
Example: bi weekly the compensation is hourly or service dollar commission, whichever is higher.
Bonus of product sales bi weekly when service dollars exceed hourly base wages.
Currently, we print the staff report and expand the rows and manually document the values and then upload to a payroll grid. Unfortunately the report includes extra data that is not relevant to payroll and requires us to print 6-8 sheets to include all providers.

For my massage therapists...
I currently have them clock in and out from QuickBooks. But have considered using Phorest. It would be amazing for massage therapist payroll if there was a total hours of massage/services given and downtime/office between massages where they are not with clients (different pay rates are paid to staff when I'm massage vs office-cleaning time). This would totally get me to use Phorest for clock in for payroll.
Currently I am having to break up each therapist's day manually by amount of massage time and downtime for two week span and then compare to QuickBooks hours entered. Tedious payroll.
Seems like an easy thing that Phorest payroll can make happen for all services to be put together and all other time be added together and unpaid lunch that is entered as break will be removed.
