I’ve been with Phorest for 5 years, and the discount/promo code system feels outdated and is something many users are asking to improve. We need modern, flexible promo codes for holidays and marketing campaigns. Competitors in my area already offer this, which puts us at a disadvantage.

With Valentine’s Day and other promotions coming up, this is a basic marketing need. Please prioritize improving discount code functionality so businesses can run competitive and timely promotions.
