Editing Client Conformation Emails - Remove Pricing.

clients are booking online for what they are thinking they want, but there is a pricing discrepancy. as they are not booking for extras. eg toners treatments. I know that we need to explain to them but I think it would be good if we could edit conformation emails, and ad branding ect

Absolutely causes confusion for our clients. They may book for a highlight, but they actually get babylights, or they get olaplex and a toner with their highlights and that's just an additional charge they don't count on because of the amount on the email. I had someone yell at me last week saying is was a "Bait and Switch" tactic as they were waiving their email in my face. Even though I showed them on the email where it says the amount was an estimate, they where NOT having it, and where extremely unhappy. It was quite unpleasant and unfortunate, and honestly unnecessary. Please take this feature off or at least make it optional.
