I would like to suggest adding a Notes or Description field when deducting professional items from inventory ( that is located on the "Purchase section").

There are times when important information needs to be recorded about why an item was deducted, such as:

Damaged or defective products

Product used for training or demonstrations

Samples given to clients

Items used for marketing or promotional events

Inventory adjustments or corrections

Other business-related reasons

Having a notes section would provide better recordkeeping, improve inventory tracking, and help managers understand the reason behind each deduction. This would also create a clearer inventory history and reduce confusion when reviewing inventory discrepancies.
