No show fee/cancellation

I’d like to suggest adding a proper option in the system for no-shows and cancellations, where the technician can receive the appropriate commission. It’s been very frustrating having to process these as regular checkouts and manually input notes, especially since it isn’t recorded correctly in the system. For a highly recognized software, this feels like a basic feature that should already be available.

I SUBMITED SOMTHING THE SAME WITH OUT IT ON THE RECEPITE AND IN THE SALES REPORT, ONE IT CAN EASILY BE CONTESTED BY CC COMPANY AND HARDER TO TO COMMISSIONS IN REPORTS. WHY HAS THIS NOT HAPPENED WITH A COMPANY OVER 20 YEARS
