The No-Show counter currently resets one year after a client’s first recorded no-show. It would be helpful to have the option to disable this automatic reset so that the full history of a client’s no-shows can be retained. Maintaining a complete record would allow salons to more accurately assess patterns of missed appointments when making decisions about banning clients or requiring prepayment. At the moment, once the counter resets, there is no easy way to reference no-shows from previous years, which can make it appear as though the client has never missed an appointment.
