Not once has the waitlist ever worked for our business. Its on the right hand side to be used, and we can put clients down to be booked, but their appointments could sit there for a year, skipping the provider options, set to "as soon as possible" and nothing would trigger the appointments to transfer to the screen. Maybe that's an internal option we have turned off, but anytime I've asked I've been told that it's not. This is the answer I was given in the Support Chat. "the waitlist is updated fully. Currently the best thing to do with the waitlist is to check it daily. It is very difficult to catch it when it populates. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA as to when they will update it to make it more efficient."
I'm not sure what it means to catch it when it populates, but after searching to see if anyone else has had this problem, there are feedback threads that show that other people are able to use the waitlist, they're just having other issues with it.
