4/5 stars review should be automatically post on Google without clients have to do extra step. My CRM before had this and we loved it. No one does that extra step of copy and paste and it's pointless of having the feature when good review doesn't post on Google. Anything less than 4 stars can stay in our system.

With Treatwell, recessions are also displayed directly in the booking mask. This is how customers who book also see our internal reviews. At the moment, they are only visible to us, which makes no sense from a marketing point of view. There should at least be an API with which you could make these Phorest recessions visible on your own homepage or that they would appear in the billing mask of the respective branch. We have so many positive customer recessions and no one sees them.
