I’d love to see the search function in the appointment booking screen become more flexible and intelligent.

At the moment, when I’m booking a client at reception, the search is very strict and only seems to find services if I type the exact wording. This can make it slow to find the service I’m looking for, especially when clients are waiting.

It would be much more efficient if the search used keywords rather than requiring an exact match.

Essentially, a more intelligent search that matches relevant keywords within service names, rather than only exact text, would make booking much faster and improve the reception workflow.

I think this would save a lot of time for busy salons and create a much smoother booking experience.

This is a common feature in many booking systems, and I think it would make a significant difference in day-to-day use.
