Feature Request: Allow excluding a self-employed staff member from ALL financial reports in North American accounts

I'm a US-based salon with one self-employed/chair-renter stylist on my team. I understand the "Self Employed" toggle and its report-exclusion behavior is currently only available in VAT regions and not in North America.
The problem this creates: some of my reports offer an "exclude self-employed employees" option and some don't. Because it's inconsistent, this one person's sales and transactions get mixed into my business totals on certain reports and excluded on others, which throws off my reporting and forces me to manually run reports twice and subtract their numbers to get accurate figures.
What I'd love to see: a way to fully separate one staff member's sales and transactions from the rest of my team's reporting in a North American account — ideally the same exclude-from-financial-reports behavior that VAT regions already have, applied consistently across every report that shows revenue totals.
In the meantime, if there's an existing US-available setting or workaround that reliably excludes a single self-employed staff member from Financial Totals, I'd appreciate your team pointing me to it.
Thank you!
