Would be so helpful to have i9 forms, coaching forms, and performance management forms filed with their profiles for managers. I use the notes feature for that now but it's super basic and I want something more purposeful that can have actual docs or pdfs uploaded for record keeping.

This would be great, right now we use a google doc file that has employee records but integrated with upload capabilities would make the most sense. Our industry should have a fully intergrated operating system that includes HR and basic book keeping all in one. Having to train across multiple platforms is exaughsting

I agree it would be great to have a full HR system on Phorest especially to request holidays. We currently use Breathe HR but it would be fantastic to have this incorporated.
