I have some staff that have front desk days, manager days etc. I need the ability to put them on the schedule for other jobs that wont add them to the booking calendar.

Wanted to just give a suggestion, I utilize specific breaks function for this exact thing that allows for a paid break. It does make you put each day in manually but it helps to not get online bookings for the employees that do everything.

Good news is with the new feature, each one is color coded so people can see where they will be inhouse and their shift hours.

I struggle with this too. I have to create extra profiles for their different roles.

Sherri Wilfong yes this exactly what we do. It’s not without its issues, but it’s a work-around for now.
