It would be so helpful to move a clients deposit to another client- If a client cancels and she tells us to put it on her friends account we don't have anyway of doing that without refunding it & when there's a group booking and we merge all clients together it would be beneficial if their deposits also merged instead of staying on their individual accounts.

Yes would be so helpful especially when a Client is booked by a friend or partner and the booking is not in the actual clients name or record. we have to put the treatment through as the wrong person as the refund will go back to the person that has gifted the treatment.

Yes, this could definitely be useful. We had a bridal party in and the mother of the bride held a $500 deposit for herself and the bride. On the day of service, she decided to share the deposit with the entire bridal party. The only way we could think of making that happen without merging the group on one ticket (each person was paying for themselves) was to use the deposit to purchase a gift card that everyone could share. Not ideal, but it worked.

I agree also , has happened in our salon numerous times, and we have to refund deposit then take another payment ..

I agree. Also I have 3 locations so it would be helpful to be able to move deposits between locations. At the moment I have to refund the deposit if the book in one but attend in another
