When you to to the waitlist it only says "4 months ago" or "7 weeks ago" or similar versus the actual date/time someone was added to the waitlist. Every single thing in Phorest should be accurately date stamped and in this case the person who added them to the waitlist should be indicated. It is totally inefficient to have someone calculate when tyhe person was added on the waitlist if they are checking to see if the person ended up being scheduled and can be removed.
