Please add security to prevent staff from changing Access Levels in the Chain Library > Staff section. There is security in place for this at the branch level, but not in the chain, which defeats the purpose. For example, all of my managers and some leads have access to the Chain Library > Staff section, but I don't necessariy want all the managers and leads to be able to change Access Levels.
