It would be great if we could have the ability to sell courses and give commissions to the beauticians who recommended these courses to clients. For Example: a Laser Hair Removal which can cost for example £1100 for 8 sessions. If we could allocate a referral to this purchase (Kelly our Staff beautician) and every time this particular client came in to complete a treatment Kelly would receive a 5% commission on the day of each treatment until the end of the 8 sessions. this would be irrespective of the actual beautician completing the treatment for this particular client. so even if Beatrice did the treatment on this client Kelly would still receive the 5% commission on this treatment. this would greatly encourage our beauticians to sell our courses and packages which truly make a difference to our bottom line and the take home pay of our staff.
