HONESTY THIS IS IN CAPLOCKS AS IVE BEEN STUNG BY THIS BEFORE AND IT MAKES ZERO SENSE TO ME. I LIKE TO HAVE UPGRADES IN MY SPECIAL OFFERS, BUT WHEN I HAVE TWO OPTIONS I DONT GET TO CHOSE THESE AS MY PRIMARY SERVICE FOR MAIN STYLIST. THIS RECENTLY CREATED FEATURE ( IT WASNT THERE WHEN I TOOK UP PHOREST) IS A NIGHTMARE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED. WE SHOULD XHOSE THE STYLIST JOINING THE OFFER AND THEN THEIR QUALIFICATIONS ALREADY IN THE BACK END WORK, JUST LIKE PACKAGES. I CANT MAKW THIS A PACKAGE AS I ONLY WANT THE NEW STYLIST WOREKINGON THIS, BUT APPRENTICES CAN DO E HTEHJ BASIN WORK.

You used to be able to select the staff member you'd like for a specific special offer and it would only show availability for that one person. 
Now, even if you include only one staff member on the special offer, it will still show availability for everyone bookable for that service. 
Which is baffling because if you select to include only one staff member, surely it should only show availability for that one staff member. 
The only way around this now, is to create a service and make the one staff member bookable for it - and then add it to the special offer. Which is incredibly time consuming if you want to include 7 services within the offer.

Obviously special offers should be able to be allocated against certain staff.... current "work-around" is long winded

Yes please, this is a great way of discounting a service that a staff member has just done training on, I tried to do a special offer on system for this month but noticed you couldn't select a certain member so had to archive it.

I think this is a really good idea to build junior/ new staff columns.

I think any offers and promotions should have an option to publish on the salon app first, this would be a great selling point!
