Heather Stafford open the client card, there is a 'chat' button top right corner :)

It would make way more sense to message clients right from our desktop, since that’s where we already check them in, manage their appointments, and update their info. Having to use the app on our phones just to send a message slows everything down. Messaging from the desktop would keep things faster, easier, and all in one place.

It's shocking it's not a option. We use the desktop for everything then need a cell phone for the chat.

Yes, It doesnt look good if our front desk looks like they are on their phone. Its also an inconvenience if we arnt able to get the notifications right away. Mangomint had this feature and it was nice.

AHHH I was just thinking about this exact thing today at work. So much communication between front desk and office/service providers happen and wow how amazing would that be to have it all in Phorest.
