We like to use data to help formulate promos and strategies that are customer centric in nature, or staff oriented. In order to gather all the data in one place we use sheets or excel. We need to have access to data in phorest so we can download and use. For instance we would like to see treatcard balances for all guests, or staff members by birthday, or download a list of all of our clients with all profile info so we can filter and sort through what we may not need to see at the time. Why is this info not available to system administrators/owners?
