I just got off the phone with a technical support team member. His only resource was for me to scroll to the bottom of a CVS file day by day to see the FEES that were taken automatically by STRIPE. This is antiquated. Phorest proclaims to be the best and most progressive salon software. This procedure should be integrated onto the CASH UP report or the Financial Report. It literally took all day to get an answer to my question.

All we need is a new tile adding to the top of the report for the Total Card Fees in the report Manager>>Reports>>Insights>>Sales Reports>>PhorestPay Report

My apologies on the delay. I missed the flag for your replies.
The PhorestPay report on the left panel in Insights on the Report screen.
Other financial reports are intended to be an indication of sales processed in the system. The card/merchant fees and payouts can be found in PhorestPay as a reflection of deductions for card processing services for the merchant account.
We don't have any short terms plans to incorporate the fee deduction in variety of reports in the Reporting suite. However, we will take this as feedback for considering future improvement.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for leaving feedback. We launched a new PhorestPay report in December. Go to Manager > Insights > Sales Report. You can filter by purchase date (date of transaction) or arrival date (date when payout lands in account). There is a sum line at the end of the table that will sum all fees for the date range chosen.

Phorest Product: Phorest Product: you obviously have no accounting background. This is not helpful. I do not want to run three to four reports to get my information. If you do not understand my dilemma then call for guidance 301-401-8000. We pay too much for this software not to have the ability to see what money is being taken from us on a daily basis. You are making my job more timely which will cost the salon owner more money. I have explained this three times and your response is the same. It may work for you but not me. PS I went to manager and there is no insights so I went to sales report and it tells me nothing that I asked about.
