Thanks for your feedback. We added a toggle to give the option to exclude VAT from Insights. You'll find the toggle on the below Insights:

Select the toggle to Exclude VAT and hit the refresh icon to the top right. Any monetary metrics will recalculate with vat excluded.

We have always had reports in the past that exclude VAT and for years we have educated our team that we always work on the net figures for any targets / commission calculations. Even the Goals on Phorest 2.0 are without VAT.

However it is very annoying that ALL the Insights reports are INCLUDING VAT. This is like comparing apples with bananas. Please help with a toggle switch.
