The current "source of new clients" report shows customers who have BOOKED an appointment in the reporting period instead of customers who HAD an appointment in this period.
Of course, we cannot enter a source for new customers which did not yet had an appointment, as we can only check this once the customer has visited us.
In my opinion, the report should only show customers who had already an appointment and not the ones which will have one in the future.
The aim is to identify which sources bring us new customers and where we invest additional budget. But we don't yet know whether the customers will show up for the appointment at all, which is why it makes no sense to make budget decisions based on future appointments...
