Allow us to grant access to particular reports/sections to our team as some of the reports are very beneficial for them to be able to generate but we don't want to grant them access to all information on the business

Hello. Thanks for taking this a step further. HOWEVER, it still does not resolve our issues at all. What we need is the ability to give access to SELECT reports that are under Additional Reports. Giving blanket access to additional reports exposes too much that need not be seen by everyone. We need our front desk team to have access to certain reports and our styling team access to other reports. Are you planning to take this deeper?

Desperately need this feature where we can allow supervisors access to certain reports to help with the staff development etc, but do not want them to have access to full financial figures/staff wages etc.

I originally suggested this 5 years ago but it was deleted.Also if you create a new category and put a stylist name to it , it defaults back to owner access to all reports. I had a stylist who after being assigned to a new category accessed all stylist commission amounts and pay info and came to me looking for more money. Fortunately he didn't change anything before I caught him. Phorest said they were working on it then they were almost implementing it then they didn't know anything about it.

They sound confused.Maybe time for a new software?

This is an absolutely CRITICAL need! SalonBiz was capable of this. Allowing access to specific reports for certain team members supports the owner. Otherwise, the owner is the only one who can gather any performance data. There is no room for delegation or team work here. Please upgrade!

Betty Thomas: Yes I completely agree! On Vagaro my employees knew how much cash, checks, and credit card sales they brought in so since I have them track their own money because I don't have receptionist. They cannot just see in additional reports what that break down looks like and it drives me CRAZY because Vagaro it was SO SIMPLE and they only had access to their own reports no one elses!

To make our lives more efficient and for me to be able to delegate certain tasks, I need team members to have access to reports, BUT NOT EVERYTHING! We were able to do this in SalonBiz every easily.
