Scheduled hours vs Actual hours Report

looking for a report showing scheduled hours (roster) vs actual hours (clock in/out) within a date range and the productivity within that date range for each individual stylist

I realize Phorest averages clock in and out hours. That costs our company a lot of money when you have to pay per hour for sick and vacation, as well as hourly employees in general. PLEASE, change it to reflect the actual clocked in and out hours.
Please respond, is there anybody out there!
