A - Why are clients coming up as lost IF they have a future appt.

B - If you are going to include those clients we need a column with their future dated appt so we don't accidentally call them.

Currently we have to look up every client on the list and see IF they have a future appointment.

Can we save us the time and incorporate this please. Thank you!
