I have not noticed the updates on our payroll reporting. I would also like to be able to view education hours or training hours that are paid for by the salon on the payroll reports to cut down on any accounting errors.

My first impression is that the mark was significantly missed with "new" reports. Please revisit the ability to generate custom reports through dragging and dropping any data field, selecting a date range and specifying sort order. Thank you.

Commission calculated in linear bands. i.e.

£0 - £500 = 0%

£500 - £1000 = 10% commission of all takings.

£1000 plus = 20% commission of all takings.

Only being able to pay commission on all takings at the higher rate is limiting, we should be able to calculate easily commission payable on all takings regardless of the commission band/target that the stylist hits for the period.

It would be really important for us in our comp model to have the system split commissions between staff at the product level. For example, while most products might be a 20% level commission (which we can do now), on product XYZ, the selling staff member might receive 80%, the manager 15% and the owner 5%

Ability to email rotas directly to staff both as a group email and ability to individually email the staff theri rota, ie new rotas for month are emailed by pressing one button that sends everyone rota out for each month and any changes to their rota can be sent. Also abilty to see all information of each staff member on one rota - ie I have 2 salons and have to print out a rota for each salon so if a therapist is working in 2 salons and split shifts in each I have to print off 2.

Reminding clients before their apt is great. We'd love to add a employee picture in the signature, so we suggest to have not only the variable "employee name" but also an "employee picture". Thanks!

I would like to see staff holidays taken over the year so i can see who is off and when within that calender year.
