Love the idea of the abandoned cart that you will automatically email if the client hasn't gone ahead but would be good if we can see the clients names who have not finished there booking?

Hi everyone,
We have an 'Abandoned Cart' report that's available by request currently. We will be looking to launch this to all salons in future.
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to ask for it to be switched on

And to be able to filter and target these people in email and SMS campaigna going forward maybe to offer a small discount to get them to complete their booking, i went through phorest pay and just in march have lost £600 in just deposits alone and around £2000 in bookings

Hi,
I would like to put forward a suggestion for there to be a feature to check or get a report for "abandon cart" clients, so that people who go in to book them don't follow through.

If you add more staff to a busy period you want to be able to back and filter the clients that tried to book but didn't see available times at the time they looked. Re-targeting clients who abandoned their booking via email filter would be useful if you added more staff to cope with demand.
