You need to find a way to seperate sales from services to allow for accurate reporting of rebooking! We had a therapist last week only service 3 clients but also sold product to 6 other people (2 were walk in ) and they count all 9 as clients which means this therapist would never be able to achieve 100% rebooking as 66% of these clients never had a service and were not even going to book a future appointment as they were buying gifts only! this is very disappointing as we left Timely due to poor reporting but only to continue to find that the reporting with phorest is probably worse

Yes! "Client Visits" in the dashboard also counts every service as a visit, so if a client has 3 services, they are counted as 3 visits.
I shouldn't have to go back and count the actual appointments by day for my weekly figures.

Did you know? The Staff utilization report will count a no show appointment as utilized time, because it just counts every slot that is filled in the schedule.
