Rebooking %

It would be great if a “no show” didn’t affect your rebooking percentage! I noticed I had a no show and realized that Phorest still counts it as a “client.” On a day where my percentage should have been 100% because I rebooked 3 out of the 3 clients I had, it was at 75% because it counted my no show as a client! And if a client comes in on your day off and buys product, that shouldn’t affect your rebooking!

I did not realize it tracked that way!

Yes this affects promotions for stylists. Phorests rebook report has many flaws and creates doibts w stylists that things are accurate

Hi Gabby. If you are using Stripe/ PhorestPay and you follow these steps for a no show https://support.phorest.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016298759-How-do-I-charge-No-Show-payment-for-a-missed-appointment- it will not affect your rebooking rate.
On your point about retail only, this is something that we hope to tackle in the coming months.
Thanks, Cahir.

Cahir Hennessy: also it sends a review request to a no show customer and there is no way to turn that off which is bad .

Cahir Hennessy: are you saying if stylist earns 50% no show payment and there isnt a rebook that Phorest doesnt count this transaction against them ? Or count it as a client ? I think it does.

Cahir Hennessy: you never replied to my question below. would appreciate an answer back, as it affects promotions.
