Print Reports in alphabetical order by last name

Currently when I print a Staff Performance Detail report it prints alphabetically by first name. Having it print by last name would be very helpful, so I don't have to sort 30+ reports by last name EVERY Month!

Would love this especially for Phorest Tips. Right now I am unable to auto populate reports in payroll. Alphabetical by last name would save so much time!
